I’ve spent nearly 40 years buying, renovating, and investing in real estate, along with over a decade helping buyers and sellers in the Dayton area. My background in digital marketing allows me to market homes differently—using technology and targeted advertising to maximize exposure and attract qualified buyers.

Relocation is an area of expertise. I regularly assist families and professionals transferring to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and maintain relationships with trusted Realtors nationwide to ensure seamless moves.

My roots here run deep. My wife, Elizabeth, taught in the Centerville City School District for 35 years, and we raised our three daughters here. I am deeply familiar with the neighborhoods, schools, and communities that make this area a great place to call home.
